Orphans Court, Deed Book W, p.101, FHL #0014543) On June 23, 1804 Zadok Purnell of the one part and Milby Purnell (Junior) of the other, witness that the said Zadok Purnell for the sum of 5 shillings sold to the said Milby Purnell one young mare named Peg, one sucking colt, one bridle & saddle, one hand mill, five Windsor chairs, one walnut table, falling leaf, one bed and furniture, one horse ten years old and one mare ten years old.
